The exterior walls and appurtenances of Buildings over six stories high, in most major cities in the United States have to be inspected on a periodic basis to verify that that there are no falling hazards.

BEA provides inspections of building exteriors and upon verification of the building exterior conditions as being in safe condition, will issue a Facade Certification Report in compliance with the local Ordinance.
